Here's the full hockey speed workout:

1. Proper warm up with some low effort runs

2. Push up sprints: 8 x 25yds with 75-90secs rest in between sprints

3. Double broad jump with explosive medicine ball throw from chest to 15yd sprint: 4 x 15yds with 75-90secs rest in between sprints. Place the medicine ball on your chest, perform two broad jumps and on the second broad jump I want you to throw the medicine ball as hard as you can in a “basketball chest pass” like fashion and then continue right into a 15yd sprint

4. Depth box jumps 12 x 1 with 60-75secs rest in between jumps

5. Rotational medicine ball scoop toss from waist 5 x 1 per side with 75secs rest. Throw it from both sides back-to-back, then rest for 75secs before starting your next two throws, complete 5x to equal 10 reps per side.
